We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — whether that means an exchange, a store credit, or a full refund.
Note: the timelines below are guidelines. To start a return, just get in touch with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Return window

What can be returned
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free of perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, or pet hair
- Sent back in the original packaging where possible
What cannot be returned
- Custom orders or made-to-measure pieces
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Underwear and accessories where hygiene applies
- Pieces marked "final sale"

Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Easier than a refund. Email us within the 14-day window and we'll reserve the replacement piece for you while your original ships back. If your size has sold out by the time we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund instead.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Card refunds: 5–7 working days to appear in your account
- Store credit: issued same day, never expires
- EFT / bank transfer (SA only): 2–3 working days
The original shipping cost is refunded only if the return is due to an error on our end (faulty or incorrect item).
Faulty items
If your piece arrives damaged or with a fault we missed, get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover everything — return shipping, replacement piece, or a full refund. Send us a photo with your order number to speed things up.
