This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Tari Designs accepts returns and issues refunds. For the full customer-friendly walkthrough, see our returns page.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-refundable items

• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
• Items returned outside the 14-day window

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund as you prefer.
