These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tari Designs website and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) by default and converted at checkout for international orders. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time.

Orders and payment

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, EFT (SA only), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayFast. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping times and costs are detailed on our shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the parcel. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

All content on this website — product photography, designs, illustrations, brand name, and logo — is owned by Tari Designs. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
